NOTE TO SELF: READ INSTRUCTIONS!

Oh My! I made myself very sick with one of my new meds. I was given a very strong anti-inflammatory to help with the pain from gout, but I took it without reading the instructions and it says very clearly to take on a full stomach with a full glass of water and you guessed it, I did neither. So, now it is 2 am and I am sick as a dog and the shoulder pain would have been easier to deal with than this:( I am not sure how to make it better. I think I will try crying now!
