Is It or Isn't It?

I am sitting here, having just gotten back from the Farm(where we placed another beef order) wondering if it is or isn't going to rain. Declan has a soccer game at 5:30pm and before I head out to the Food store for snacks, I'd like to know if I need them or not. I am seeing the backs of the leaves, and my mom told me this weekend, that my Grandma Schaefer always said the rain was coming when you saw the back of the leaves. She had alot of those sayings and they are almost always accurate. Weather.com has a 40% chance of rain this afternoon, too. So, Do I head to the store and get snack together or not? I can just hope for rain I guess:)
